Pursuant to Section 92-3.7, Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes, this meeting will be conducted as a remote meeting by interactive conference technology, with the following procedures in effect for the meeting:

Some Councilmembers and presenters may be participating in the meeting by interactive conference technology from remote locations.
Remote and in-person oral testimony will be permitted on all items on the agenda when each agenda item is taken up. Each speaker may not have anyone else read their statement and is limited to a one‑minute presentation.

1. RESOLUTION 24-169 – APPOINTMENT OF DR. KIRSTEN L.L. OLESON TO SERVE ON THE CLIMATE CHANGE COMMISSION. Confirming the appointment of Dr. Kirsten L.L. Oleson to serve on the Climate Change Commission of the City and County of Honolulu for a term to expire on June 30, 2029. (Transmitted by Communication MM-101; Public hearing held on 7/10/24)
MM-101(24) MAYOR BLANGIARDI - Draft Resolution confirming the appointment of Dr. Kirsten L.L. Oleson to serve on the Climate Change Commission of the City and County of Honolulu.
2. RESOLUTION 24-191 – LEASE OF CITY PROPERTY TO FAMILY PROMISE HAWAI‘I FOR SPECIAL NEEDS HOUSING. Authorizing the lease of City property located at 360 California Avenue, Wahiawa, Hawai‘i 96786, identified as TMK: (1) 7-3-004:020 to be used for their temporary housing program for families with children experiencing homelessness, for a rent of $100 per month, or $1,200 per year, for a period of four-and-a-half years to Family Promise of Hawai‘i.
